Le
J'Go Premières Tranches
is open 3 rue Clément in the Saint Germain marketplace.

A restaurant worth a try in the borrough of Saint Germain.
Second J' Go in Paris (France third... nearly a restaurant chain ;-) but this time on the left bank, in an aisle of the Saint-Germain market. A good Southwest volubility, Full black Bigorre pork, bottles with temperament and appetites ready for deathblow. The service is very friendly with its provincial tone (not this is not an insult). On the menu: Black Bigorre ham, pastifret, Foie Gras ... And the wines of Greater South West ... [FYI J go is a bad pun for Gigot and a french version of "I'm going there" (j'y go)]

Bill: 25-40 €
Pâté lou pastifret: marked taste as well as textured.
Hearts goose sautéed with garlic mashed pumpkin: musketeer.
Grilled Black Pudding: comfortable.
Cabecou: perfect.
